Keep danNy
Boris stays, Danny and Splitter go. Boris anchors the second unit in a post-Ginobili era and creates mismatches with his size/skill combo. Green is a great 3&D player, but he'll never be as versatile as Boris. Splitter, if healthy, would probably be my choice over the other two due to his defensive versatility. But he's soft, and not healthy enough to be counted on.
I'd give Tony the Josh Smith treatment before getting rid of any of them.
Keep DG and Splitter. Bye bye Boris.
I think Boris becomes more valuable in a post-Manu bench unit, although I'm not sure how much we can count on him tbh.
yeah no clue when he was pretty much consistently outside of Duncan their best player against the Clippers
lose parker, keep green. and diaw.
Bobo, forget Tiago, but I will miss Verde
If we're talking about going forward, and not just for next year it's Green, and it's not that close. A lot younger than Diaw, with fewer motivation issues. A lot more durable than Splitter.
Keep Green. We're in an era without a lot of efficient SGs especially with great defense. As for Splitter you have to figure he'll never be healthy an entire season.
Keep Green depending on the price. The rest depends on Manu and whether he plays.
Keep Boris. I'm done with Splitter and Green's way too one dimensional on offense - when he's hitting that is.
Has Pop given up on Green? The mental lapses seem to deplete both Pop and his teammates. I'd keep Green, though. In the era of the point guard, he is a valuable piece.
The obvious choice is to keep Splitter. You only are moving one of them if you are getting LMA. Splitter's superior defense is more important to the Spurs than Diaw's offense. Most of those shots will go to LMA. Of course, you can't afford Green if LMA comes on board.
