    Euro's don't make instant impacts in this league they usually take a year or two of development and have to be in the right organization for it to happen. The mavs were patience with Dirk and it was a good place for Dirk to develop since there was no pressure on him to be great. LA and NYC would be the worst places for a Euro to play since the pressure is enormous and there is zero patience to develop.
