Good hire. He was clearly overmatched as a HC, but he had his players competing through a tough season. Hard to say whether it's an upgrade, but I'm not sure he needs to be as second assistant.

As long as he doesn't forget who Kawhi is or recommends a scrub big man, I'm good with him.
