Trying to salvage Kobes legacy...total meltdown.
It's a sad thing to watch, really, but not surprising though.
They have freely thrown Lakers legends like Shaq, West, MVPau and Magic under the bus over the years to prop up Kobe.
They tried to put Kobe and Duncan in the same tier just to prop up Kobe (monumental insult to Duncan, btw).
They tried to trash AI , TMac and Carter despite them being equals to Kobe.
They somehow just decided to ignore Pierce when Pierce is at least equal to Kobe.
Why would they not do that to Lebron?

Yeah, Kobe is clearly better than AI and Carter, but Tmac is also better than him, just didn't last as long though.

Kobes legacy s all over Duncan's and any other spur for that matter. Salty spur fans including their bucket cripper nation melting down per the usual.no surprise here.
In terms of career accomplishments, no doubt. But put TMac, AI, or Vince on the 98-04 Lakers and you still have at least 3 rings, probably more since Shaq wouldn't have been run out of town.
