Why? Phoenix is a hole with nothing at all to do unless you like cactus watching.
Except for Steve Nash who himself was moved after 2 seasons, I cannot think of the Suns holding onto a Franchise player for an extended period of time. On the other hand they are an attractive destination for Players.

the problem with the knicks i see are, if ur a season ticket holder in good seats...and u decide not renew....i believe there is a line for membership packages right in good seats?
