only thing u need is just wireless modems in every public telephone booth to turn it into a hotspot....

most of the public booths are already vandalized by clowns trying to steal coins out of them payphones...
i know in vietnam when i was over there for the holidays, installing one of them telecommunication towers to ur building, u can earn easy $500 a month rental income...but we all know living close to one of these towers is asking for radiation exposure
Not the worst idea I've heard. There are hundreds of hotspots between TWC and ATT here and very few are visible.
