Asked about what he has learned from his many strained relationships with various teammates over his 19-year career, Bryant brought up Shaquille O'Neal, with whom he won three NBA les.

"There are certain things that were strengths of his, like putting his arm around the guys and helping them be better emotionally and giving them support," Bryant said. "I wasn't very good at that."

Bryant also said he once made a teammate cry.

"He was really, really bad," Bryant said. "I said, 'Dude, you might want to reconsider what your life purpose is. Maybe it's not this.' It came out that way. I was like, maybe 20 something years old. I don't know, really young."
Had to be either Kwame or Smush....

“But let me see. There was one teammate that was just so bad. He was so bad. It wasn’t Kwame [Brown]. Kwame wasn’t actually that bad. I tease Kwame. It wasn’t Smush [Parker]. It was a player that you guys won’t even remember if I said who his name was. I can’t even pronounce his name. It was some European kid.

To be fair, Kobe couldn't take criticism either. Phil had to pull him aside in private because he was too sensitive.

True, and Kobe paid him back by giving him a job when he was on the bread lines.

Do you find it kind of a coincidence that Jim lost $25 million while Kobe makes around $25 million a year? You know Kobe somehow hired a hacker to steal that s money

It's not that hard to bamboozle Duncan. Amy did it. That muscle bound gigolo she was bangin' bamboozled him as well. R.C. Buford has bammed him several times on home town discounts & give backs......"we need cash for flow." --- "Call Tim." So, it's no surprise that some jerk with a story took $25 million off him. Look at the idiot showin' up at the Courthouse lookin' like the parking lot attendant.

    Ironic.

Kobe is one of the weakest, most emotional emo in the NBA.

Was that the real reason why Kobe cried when ousted by the Spurs in 03?

On a side note I do remember reading slam interview with Kobe a month before the '03 playoff started in which he said he was going to win forever every year and there is nothing anybody could do about it. I think part of the reason he was crying so hard was he couldn't believe his delusional world had been shattered.
