thats gotta be photoshopped unless someone shot the horse. That horse was slick and could have gone weeks without eating before it died...
It may have been drinking the water though, couldn't that expedite its death?
It looks photoshopped, unless they repainted the lines in the street. Because the white dashed lines in the street are shorter in the current picture than they were when the street was covered with water.
I could obviously be wrong, but the horse pictures don't look real at all.
There is alot of blood there, it seems it was shot or something.
It must be photoshopped - we all know that cajuns are of French decent, and they'll eat anything, so no carcass would have been visible afterwards.
The animal on the right is a cow or something. Could be wrong. But those pictures definitely aren't the same stretch of road, or if they are, they are photoshopped like Kori and Cosmic said.

Looks to me like the animal was shot.
Upon further review, they aren't the same road. The right road is untouched by damage, while the left has a big crack at about a 135 degree angle, and the road is seperated width wise. And it is a cow.
The one on the right is a cow and has a big patch of white on it's mid-section. The other one is definitely a horse without the patch of white.
I still don't think either picture looks real, though.

It's not the same stretch of road. On the left, the road appears to have a concrete composition and then there is a seam in the road.
The cow looks like it was shot. It was either a mercy killing or target practice for up and coming armed criminals.
