Heard a podcast about this. These mind control projects have been acknowledged so it's not all some conspiracy crackpot .
This guy was supposedly a mind control victim. It's a long ass interview but it's interesting to see his dual personalities and his mannerisms.
He was convincing enough that he won an $800,000 or so law suit.
Clearly out of his mind.
