- Drags any team he's on to the finals even when his second best player is a white 3rd stringer.
- Coaches and GMs for his team and actually does a good job
- Makes his teammates better; stars want to play with him
- Stands up to the jewry of Stern and Silver trying to put the black man in their place, unlike many of the leagues uncle toms
- doesn't rape or pretend to be a fake alpha by yelling a lot
-changed the way in which players negotiate contracts and free agency. these actions which include the 2010 decision pissed off a lot of whites and jews who didn't like the natural order.

Chamberlain was beta in the world of alphas. He had the immense talent, but would wilt (no pun intended) during the pressure moments. Russell on the other hand was a true alpha on a team with 8 HoFers. He played mind games on Chamberlain and bested him in the W-L columns (having superior teammates helped).
Olajuwon's pouting in the late 80s, in the face of adversary, takes some luster off of his alpha status. He was really never that much of an alpha to begin with. I mean, what has he never done to deserve the top alpha group status?
Shaq was pure beta, Fisher was the alpha on those teams.
James has this beta personality about him.
Schmidt didn't have to guts to play against better compe ion, pure alpha.
