George Karl - barring injuries (always a big deal with Camby), I think Karl will lead a pretty fierce Denver squad.

Well, obvious answer is Rick Carlisle, considering what he did last year and since you didn't include him on your list of coaches expected to do so.
I think other coaches who bring out the best in their players include Scott Skiles, Nate McMillan, and funny enough Terry Porter. Too bad Porter got fired and can't prove me right. I wanted Porter to be hired for the Pistons job.

I like Scott Skiles and Mike Brown have the brightest futures of all the young head coaches out there. Skiles has shown he can make his teams play D and I think Mike Brown will show the Cavs how to D it up.
