Anyone else notice it in last night’s speech? W was spinning a grinding that jaws back and forth kinda like a ...well, a tweeker.
He has been doing it for some time, but the grinding is really becoming more pronounced, and then there is the uncontrolled perspiration, look at this image of W boarding Air Force One after the speech..
