I Can't understand how he can not beat those bloody Spaniards ( they are tough ) I have Spanish passport but I hate them. Even their best players are from other countries Lithuania, Argentina, USA, Serbia etc. but always everybody, perhaps the coach is a genius.

The French scored 7 points in the 1st quarter and another 7 in the 2nd...that's 14 pts in halftime!?

That's gotta be something for the record books.

yeah, rasho sucks. thats whats wrong with him. in the last 18 games of the playoffs, he played exactly 59 minutes. i dropped a deuce today that took longer than that. he's awful. he is getting paid $45 million to sit on the bench, look like an idiot, and get laughed at during championship parades.
    Yeah, he's rich idiot, idiot.

If he will be such an idiot he wont be payed 48million$ , idiots could only be Spurs who pay him.
I watch some older games of Rasho, before he came to SA and he was playing really good, last season at Minnesota was really cool but i dont know how he cant attack the rim anymore and be agressive like in old times, i dont see the reason for that and that is the big?????????????????????

You mean from European countries (born there) or playing in Europe?

Lol, I have similar feelings, I don't know if I "hate" them, but certainly I can't stand them. Question: Do you post in the ACB.com forums?

Some names that come to my mind right now:

    Nikola Vujcic - Center (Croatia/ Maccabi Tel-Aviv)
Antoine Rigaudeau - Guard (France/ Pamesa Valencia) -yes, he was a flop in Dallas-
Mickael Gelabale - Forward (France/ Real Madrid)
Gianmarco Pozzecco - Guard (Italy/ BC Khimky Moscow)
Massimo Bulleri - Guard (Italy/ Armani Jeans Milano)
Gianluca Basile - Guard (Italy/ Barcelona)
Matteo Soragna - Guard (Italy/ Benetton Treviso)
Giacomo Galanda - F/C (Italy/ Armani Jeans Milano)
    Denis Marconato - C (Italy/ Barcelona)
Robertas Javtokas - C (Lithuania/ Lietuvos rytas Vilnius)
    Igor Rakocevic - G (Serbia & Montenegro/ Real Madrid)
    Dejan Tomasevic - C (Serbia & Montenegro/ Panathinaikos Athens)
Jose Manuel Calderon - G (Spain/ Tau Ceramica Vitoria)
Rudy Fernandez G - (Spain/ DKV Joventut Badalona)
    Jorge Garbajosa - C/F (Spain/ Unicaja Malaga)
    Juan Carlos Navarro G - (Spain/ Barcelona)
    Felipe Reyes F/C - (Spain/ Real Madrid)
Sergi Vidal - F/G (Spain/ Tau Ceramica Vitoria)
    Antonis Fotsis - F (Greece/ Dynamo St.Petersburg)

Two things to consider: I posted more Spanish and Italian players because I can't get many info. on other leagues (specially Eastern Europe) because of language barriers.

Second, this is just a list of players I like, or consider good for one reason or another.

That Juan Navarro dude for Spain was just ridiculous today against Serbia. He was lighting it up the entire first half, and Spain never looked back. Serbia needs to get Krstic and Darko more involved because their other frontcourt players are just SLOW right now.

He is the kind of player that can go hot and make 8 three pointers in one game, but then go cold and shoot 0-8. Very streaky, but overall, the days he is shooting well are more than those when he is cold.

France sucks, they only put 14 points in the first half (20 min).

Javtokas make a quite good game 8 pt with a 4/6 anf 4 rbd.
The stats are not great but he makes a very good job on Okur on Defense (only 7 points). This guy will likely join the Spurs next offseason.

Lakovic? Siskausas? Stelmahers? That giant Greek center? There is a lot of holes in your list...

But I have BIG problems with names you DID post...

Bulleri, Soragna, Galebale, Vidale, are all odd names. Pick better. Even some israeli players are better than this. It just isn't sound.

As I said, I get more information on Spanish and Italian teams than the rest, if I could find some sites in english/spanish/portuguese/italian with information on Eastern European leagues and players I could have another perspective. Yes, Bodiroga is out, but I was posting only those who play in Eurobasket 2005. Some Israeli players are good, but Maccabbi's best players (which is the only good team in the Israeli league) are foreigners. The Italians are there because they are doing a good job with their national team. Just like some Argentinian players that aren't outstanding in their clubs, but they play a perfect role in the National Team (Wolkowisky, Sanchez, Montecchia, Sconochini).
