    Without Warner saving his ass for three seasons, he's one o ft he worst recorded head coaches ever. He's bad. I had zero faith in his decisions by the end. He sucked at developing talent. He can win with proven vets, but can't build anything.

    What's funny is he'd have probably been a great hire by the 49ers, especially if he brought Ray Horton with him.
