Second best coach in the league by a margin (assuming Pop isn't washed up)..Glad he didn't bolt to another contender as it is most likely going to be rebuilding near future..

Sure it's possible but I can't imagine RC getting caught short like Poop did in June of '13.
Don't see any championship contention for Dallas in next 2 or 3 years unless a big trade happens..they are basically phasing out the Dirk Era..Better gigs would have possibly opened to Carlisle next season as far as coaching le a contender ( Cavs, Rockets, Wizards etc..) but he seems to be comfortable there in big D..
Shouldn't last more than 2 years. RC is horrible with young talent and Dirk is retiring soon. He should be the next Cavs coach imo
