thread should read despite Rique imho
19 rebounds!
A guy who just came from a 23ppg season getting 13 shot attempts against the Sixers lol, and half of those were put backs
thread should read despite Rique imho
Took 10 shots, while Paddy shot 2/11 lmao
UTSA
This is why he's the highest payed player on the team. LMALPHA![]()
dribble dribble dribble
Went into hero mode in the 4th and got benched for ignoring LMAlpha.![]()
Our starting SF with 3 assists and +20.... So nice for a change![]()
It's frustrating at times to see him not touch the ball for several possessions consecutively. I think part of it is the team is used to playing a certain way still. The other part is LMA still has to learn to assert himself. But he's still trying to find himself and get comfortable.
We're 9 games in. As the season goes on, LMA will get more touches, I think that's a given. Early on, both sides are still adjusting.
OP never fails to fail. Spurs struggle against the worst team in the league without OP's 2 most hated players. Creates a thread, gonna get shat on per par.
I remember OP saying Kawhi is the problem on Spurs offense and the reason for LMA's FGA lowest average...
I don't know if Parker is part of the issue or not, but the only thing I know is that OP should eat his words about Kawhi.
Here we go... Short bus turning another great thread into a Kawhi one
Kill yourself stupid hater. The world will be a lot better without you...

No idea why line ups w/ the halfcourt threats of Patty, Anderson and Green constantly avoided giving LMA the damn ball. I can take Danny missing good shots, but I can't take his play like tonight. He constantly avoided the simple passes and opted for horrific decisions.
Gs gave up 36 to nets in first quarter 68 percent shooting
Tp throw the ball to alridge no one else did
He had plenty touches, just deferred when he should have taken the shots.
If gs loses 1st game to nets![]()
I cringe everytime he asks for the ball on the post and the team prefers to do anythng else like get Danny Green dribling into traffic, posting up Kyle Anderson or Tony Parker just dribling out the clock.
Or when Tony decides to pick n pop with duncan instead while having probably the best pick n pop pf in the league relegated to being a bystander
Yeah. Since they were too ignorant to figure out what needed to happen on their own, either Pop or Aldridge (I know he doesn't want to step on anyone's toes, but they damn near lost this game) should have demanded it.
The two that stand out in particular, were Green attempting to create out of the pick and roll, inevitably not going anywhere and settling for an off the dribble long two and the Anderson fade away, with plenty of time on the shot clock. Beyond inexplicable.
There was a sequence during the game where they might've ignored him 5 times in a rowwill try to find it so LakerHater can make a GIF of it
7:15 in the first quarter. All 4 players ignored him when he was trying to get the ball back to repost, painful to watch
Agree.
First game of the year where I actually yelled at the TV.
The wings tonight acted like motion offense robots and avoided the only offensive mismatch they had MULTIPLE times EACH quarter. Like I said, they made this game a lot tougher than it should have been.
The offense should have been more inside- out tonight given the lack of offensive talent on the perimeter w/ out Kawhi and Manu.
The lack of a go-to perimeter play maker has killed this team from the start of last season on, particularly down the stretch of close games.
It's difficult to close out close games when the best play maker among your three best players is a center and a thirty-nine year old one at that.
I'd have to think about it, but they might be the only team in the league without a guard among their top three players.
You're right though, in this game, they definitely should have played inside-out, given the lack of offensive talent on the perimeter.
