Letting Baynes go. Duncan is the only player with significant minutes who can play the C. LMA is fat and unathletic, and Diaw and West are too short. Good teams with bigs will beat the Spurs and we saw that tonight. If Spurs had Baynes they beat OKC to open the season and win tonight against Chicago. What a stupid mistake that was by Buford. The only option they have is to play Boban and he's slow. I still can't figure out why they let Baynes go so easily.

Baynes got handed 20 million after getting embarrassed by Blake Griffin in the playoffs. Love Baynes but he's not missed.

Worst is awful, and he's going to be even more of a thorn in our side if he gets any meaningful minutes in the playoffs... I still have the VHS tapes at my parent's house of the many Indy/Miami series where Indy winded up losing games because West missed clutch free throws, layups, and failed to box out guys like Birdman or even Udonis Haslem...

If the second worst mistake RC made in a decade is letting Baynes go, then he's doing a damn good job.

I agree here. Baynes couldn't guard Griffin.

All of the Bulls bigs outside of Noah were shutdown tonight. Gasol, Mirotic, and Gibson shot a combined 11-31 from the field. I also wouldn't lose faith in Boban. Pop is handling him just he did Baynes, slowly bringing him along. Not having another big is the least of our problems.

Ha, Baynes. That great defender that was routinely on the posterized end of Griffin's dunks. So great that Barnes ripped the ball right out of his hands.

Meltdowns used to be so much better, with more insight and more drama. This is just a dumb post from someone knowing about how NBA contracts work. Disappointed.

Teams have budget limitations. Spurs would've like to've kept Beli, Baynes and CoJo, tbh. Some more than others maybe.

Spoken like a true message board basement dwelling bozo who has zero clue how a salary cap works.
