One game stint or think they'll be there a bit?

This is one Toros game that I want to see. Let's see how Boban plays against midgets.
Spurs should start seriously thinking of trading McCallum. He's supposed to be a Cojo replacement but I haven't been impressed with his play making skills or his defensive skills.
...He's played like 15 total minutes so far this season.
I'm surprised they send Boban down to the DL tbh..Seems kind of disrespectful for a player of his caliber.
Would like to see Ray get some minutes, but we've got better players at his position on our roster. I think he's better defensively compared to Patty and Parker, but his offense needs to get more in tune with the Spurs. Austin will definitely help him get adjusted. Boban might be in the DLeague for a bit, for similar reasons as Ray. With the addition of Simmons to the rotation, I understand why these moves were made, or at least the McCallum move.
Not only his caliber, but his celebrity. SA LOVES Boban.
That's 15 more minutes than a hypochondriac needs to make a decision.
Makes me wonder what happens to these guys in the future, they'll probably be pretty cheap due to the lack of playing time once their contract runs out.
Dude needs playing time, and he is not getting it here. Hard to really keep your skills honed and get used to the speed of the NBA game when you are only playing in practice and 3-4 garbage minutes once a week.
Boban seems to be a good dude and has been in good spirits with the team so far. He's always up on the bench clapping and supporting the team, even in street clothes. Hopefully he doesn't take this as a slight and, if he does...well, he can get over himself.
Strongly considering going. It's right up the road for me.
We need 3pgs.
I think they will be there for a bit. They are both new additions that won't get enough playing time to properly learn the spurs system. The Toros run the same system as the spurs. This represents a excellent chance for them to figure out the system against real compe ion and whats expected of them. They won't get this on the Spurs at this time. Later in the season when they get more accustomed to the system, it will be easier to find playing time as Pop starts resting the starters more.
Been pretty impressed with both of them in the little time they've played. Simmons has gotten better too.
It's nice the Spurs bench isn't being wasted with scrubs like Austin Daye and Errors.
Omg they're playing Westchester tonight, isn't that Jimmer's team? Are we going to see a Ray-Jimmer matchup?
I think we are
That's a good idea if they're both supportive of it, which I think is partly required at this point. They'll get opportunity to develop while learning the system, plus build confidence. What's not to like?
Oh , Jimmer revenge game already?
