Wizards: Banks Asked For $1.1 Million But Duncan Sent Him $10 Million

for the love of common sense and decency......just what in the flying is up with Tammy...is he re ed or what....like seriously I've read the case...this ing dude has no clue....literally writing blank checks left and right.....there are no words for this level of stupidity.... college graduate my ass...this is beyond ridicoulous...and is starting to anger me....how could he have been this ing stupid....

And, the lawsuit said, Banks texted Duncan on Oct. 24, 2012, to ask for his part of the investment. But rather than request $500,000, the lawsuit said, Banks asked “for $1.1 million providing no other explanation than ‘more than we thought only due to the fact that we are picking up extra 10% of company. So very good news.’”
The lawsuit said Duncan wired $10 million, from which Banks was to take the $1.1 million and $7.5 million for another venture.

7.5 + 1.1 = 8.6

So Timmy where is the other 1.4 left over?

Duncan should lose this case.....easily...some people are idiots

Duncan claims that because of his busy professional career, he was unaware of all this but has been learning more about Bank’s conduct since Duncan’s divorce in 2013.

Piss poor excuse...he works 8-9 months months / yr...with 3 games per week on average at about 10 hrs per week. That's about 1.5 work days per week in the real world...thats like me going to work on Monday working 10hrs and taking the rest of the week off...and doing this every week....and when he does work its not like he's doing anything remotely close to intellectually stimulating or mentally taxing....for the love of god he's running and jumping and playing with basketballs


so the excuse of busy career is NOT a legit excuse to be this negligent..its one sign of stupidity to not watch your account but to be openly writing checks and giving away money and then claiming ignorance is absurd on its face
