and that's a fact. I don't see why people are acting like the these pretenders are some kind of force to be reckoned with. They have no stars. This team will do as the always do... and that's win a bunch of meaningless games in the regular season and flame out in the playoffs. There is no honor in that at all. Yet Spurfan pretends as if there's some consolation prize in making the playoffs. What a bunch of ing jokers you all are for falling for this year after year.

OP doesn't realize the Lakers-Spurs war is over now that the media has put Duncan ahead of Kobe. The spurs have been playing with house money since winning 5. Winning another le would just be gravy.

Spurs are weird man...theyll miss most of the regular season and just hang around that 4th or 5th seed then make some noise in the playoffs. Im just waiting for Pop to retire so this franchise can die off already
le is correct. Spurs have as much chance to win as the Lakers. Ergo if the Spurs don't win one, it's expected. If they even make the playoffs and the Lakers don't, it says a lot about the Spurs overcoming overwhelming odds and the Lakers under-performing.
