wtf, did he do it again? What is this guy doing. Shouldn't he have lost his license by now? What kind of laws do you guys have in the US in regards to getting caught while driving intoxicated?

NEW YORK — Houston Rockets' guard Ty Lawson has been suspended for two games without pay for driving while ability impaired, in violation of the law of the State of Colorado, the NBA announced today.
Lawson's suspension will begin with tomorrow night's game between the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Clippers.

They're misdemeanor charges.
You have to be a truly dumb to completely lose your license here. I think it's something like 3 strikes, you get it suspended for up to 5 years+ and if you get caught again it's bye bye.
I know a girl who has 7 DUIs. Still drives.
