Lol he had a career year last year with #14. So no.
Something ain't right y'all. #14 Danny Green just ain't the same and just ain't as good as #4 Danny Green. Yes, there are the occasional flashes of his former #4 greatness, but it's far too infrequent. The guy just doesn't dominate shooting from downtown like he used to. On top of that, he appears to have taken a step back on defense, tbh.
Danny, if you're reading this, Merry Christmas, and please give all Spurs fans the greatest Christmas gift of all: switching back to #4.

It's all got to do with his contract year. He got paid.. It's definitely getting worrisome now since it's basically January.
Not a great game for the bump, at least according to the radio and box score. Did all right. Probably should have played more.
In general though, yeah
Better before the lasik.
He was! Maybe the extra digit is weighing him down, or throwing off his balance?
His best season was #14 in 14-15, it was one of the best seasons you'll ever see from a perimeter role player..
That 5-blk 7-3pt game against Memphis that year was insane. Dude was the last pic in my fantasy draft that year--even I didn't pick him until the end. Incredible year.
Has nothing to do with the number change. It's called having $40,000,000 guaranteed and getting paid to be a part time club promoter
Are we really reminiscing about a 30 year old player?![]()
