Someone mentioned this to me ... but my first reaction is that it's fake. Funny how this story has a life of it's own ...but I dont ever recall a flat out denial of the rumor by Delonte. But whatever ...who cares? it's just funny.
Matched with a girl on Tinder one time who told me she worked for the Mavs and knew Delonte personally and that when he got drunk and you asked him over and over he'd talk about it a little and that he definitely banged LeBron's mom. She also said that he took a decent amount of money to play in like China or something and turned down a D-League offer a couple of years ago for the Texas Legends bc he still thinks he's good enough to get a call up in the NBA. I actually still have the convo, maybe I'll blur out the girl and post it. Seemed like a legitimate thing, she was doing an internship for the Mavs btw she didn't actually work for them.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West was arrested Thursday after officers pulled him over for speeding on a motorcycle while carrying two loaded handguns and a loaded shotgun in a guitar case.
Reedy said West was riding a Can-Am Spyder motorcycle north on the Capital Beltway in Upper Marlboro when he cut off an officer, who pulled him over.
Police said a handgun was found in his pocket, another in his pant leg and a shotgun in a guitar case strapped to his back.
