Pop benched Tim in the fourth. Should have done the same for enrique.![]()
smh can this spotlight seeking egomaniac just run the normal offense in the 4th? I'm not even saying give it to Kawhi, just keep doing what was working. The Spurs were up by 12 midway through the 4th until this French got felt the need to start playing hero. Must've taken like 7-8 shots in the last 6 minutes of the game.
Wish he would've taken the night off again tbh.

Kiwi crying to the refs after a terrible brick
MVParker saves the day![]()
Pop getting furious at that no call is a brick.
JOE in here doing damage control.![]()
Is it any coincidence that we blew out the teams before with him out? He comes back and we have to escape with a w.
He only took one bad shot down the stretch and was money in the fourth. I don't think there was anything objectionable about the way he ran the offense. The issue down the stretch was defense.
This isn't about Enrique vs Kawhi. This is about the fact that no one guy should be trying to play hero in the 4th--the same applies for Kawhi if he ever does that. With the offense seemingly improving there's no need for any one guy to dominate the ball so much.
Fat french will never learn. Hopefully he has a career ender soon. It's obvious he won't age gracefully and learn to take a lesser role.
16 pts, 8 ast, 5 reb, shot better than Kawhi, closed the game out with the last 2 Spurs buckets to get the 1-point win. MVParker comes through in the clutch again.
Just like when the Spurs won by 50 when Kiwi sat out, comes back, and then we get shat on by Toronto?
Truth ing bomb.
He hit 2 big shots in the last minute of the 4th quarter. IMO, when the game is on the line and you need a bucket, you give the ball to the man who has been delivering in the clutch.
In my opinion you need stops in a close game. Tony ain't on that department.![]()
Kiwi showing he ain't ready tbh. Fisher must've smelled like Matty Barnes
Langston scrubaway was playing him to a draw when he decided to hero ball. Lol. ing D leaguer outplaying a supposed clutch player. Crofl
And missed even more. Not to mention dribbling the air out of the basketball. Why go into hero mode when playing within the offense gave the Spurs a 12 point lead midway through the 4th?
He seemed ready when he took that MVP and trophy away from le . Suck on that, broke got.
people have nothing better to do than complain about barely losing to a team that had a great offensive showing?
oh wait, we won.
Collectively our defense was not good in the 4th. That was the reason it was close.
player haters are boring.
Lmao allowing a triple double on 56%
You wouldn't know anything about running away, scooters
Maybe we should have a better defensive PG.![]()
Manu dropped 16 and 3 in 10 less minutes. Yes our backup SG was outplaying our starting PG well into the 4th until a certain pig decided to heroball away. But then again Manu outplaying Porker is nothing new.
Tony didn't force much today, when we needed a bucket, he delivered for the most part.
Never seen "fans" so mad about a player stepping up in the clutch to hold on to the win.
