Hedo/Rasho (no Nazr) would have been stomped by the Pistons (the '04 Pistons were deeper & hungrier than the '05 Pistons: Okur/Big Nasty/Mike James) & Manu was the 3rd wheel. The historic defense was a result of Tim/Bruce being at their peak.
The current team is most similar to the 98-99 squad w/ the Tim/Admiral/Sean lanky frontline who were 2 way players just like Tim/LMA/Kawhi along w/ Elie being a 3&D guy like Danny. Avery & Tony are also about the same defensively.
