sometimes after the spurs sign a free agent it may take them a year to adjust. and those were signees typically coming off the bench or weren't expected to play as large a role. la had to get used to the spurs system, playing with kawhi... and playing with/without duncan.

Just indicate the problem you see with the offense without adding your fantasy descriptors declaring the Spurs function like a middle school girls team.
The OPs attempts to imagine personal vendettas and selfishness among players is childish and really illustrates the fact that he has never stepped on the court with an actual team of human beings who wanted to play good basketball for a coach who knew how to make it happen.
What do you expect? The Krew complains when Parker takes 10 shots. Then when he shoots 5 they criticize him for not showing up.
