How differently things would've been.. Most fans of this generation of basketball doesn't remember Kobe begging for a trade back in 2007 and his infamous radio interview where he, sounding down in dumps, said "it's time" for him to move on from the Lakers. The Lakers of course went on to trade for Pau, draft Bynum, and sign Artest, among others, and the rest is history.
But let's visit this hypothetical for a second.. What do you think would've happened had a trade of this magnitude gone down, tbh?
