    Anything less than 10 is normal.

    I dont know how accurate the stat is. It doesn't matter if you stop posting, that will stay there seemingly forever.

    A couple of years ago I took a year hiatus from the board and when I came back I was still "averaging" 6. whatever posts per day. It should go down, not up when you dont post imo.

    How long does it take to read and post a reply? About a minute? Sometimes 10 seconds or less.

    30 posts in a 24 hour window doesn't seem like that big a deal, especially if from a phone.
