Barcelona squad is basically an All-star squad. I have no idea why anyone on that team deserves any sort of award. I complain a lot of basketball but soccer awards is even more broken.
Neymar is basically the best player jn the world right now and he still plays with 2 of the 5 best forwards in the league in messi and suarez.

Arda plays for Barcelona, he doesn't just rot in the bench. He was brought in for midfield depth
My point is that his role is now significantly reduced playing for barca. And its not just arda but players in general
He's in the starting rotation, he isn't rotting in the bench.
He also complained that Simeone made him run too much
For someone who complained that Simeone made him run too much, I think that being a situational rotation player for Barcelona is a welcome change for Arda
