Sorry for doing my Apa personafication tbh... [Apa is not my troll...just saying] but I was seeing in another thread that some Spurs fans are not yer considering Kawhi as a superstar and still put him in the middle or 3/4 players behind Curry... Are you kiddin me ?

Right now this league belongs to:

    1- Curry
    2- Kawhi

then you discuss Durant, Westbrick, Lebron, George, Cp3...

I don't think Leonard is consistent enough to be number 2. I think when he averages 24-26 ppg we can consider him top 2 or 3. I want to see him take over games more. But that's just my opinion.

Doesn't matter, his offense makes up for his defense and then some.

Tim Duncan never averaged more than 18.3 fga a game. Kawhi might follow the same path, I mean he's only taking 14 fga a game, when Duncan was taking 18.3 in his fifth year. And yes, this is the first year they've given him the green light, as opposed to Duncan who always had it, but just thought it was interesting

Curry is definitely number 1, that's for sure. I think Kawhi is a lock for number 2 as well. Everyone else is interchangeable.

Whatever is happening right now is indicative of how valubale butler is for that ty bulls team. Maybe hes not a top 10 player, but hard to argue against him in favour guys like cousins etc.

Yeah I don't think he is #2 either. He's behind Curry, LeBron, and Durant still (so #4). He is better than Westbrook though (who I feel is overrated tbh) and a little bit above Paul I guess. So I would say 4-6 area being fair.

Kawhi has the potential to get better still though, and those others kinda don't, so he could be going up higher in the coming years or even this year if he starts having some more really huge games when it matters most.

TBH, i think Butler might be better than Paul George..You can't judge players by November...PG13 turns into Iverson of SFs right after that..He is really too inefficient to be belong in tier1 players and i'm not sure that's a function of teammates.. it is staple of his career even when he had great Indiana teams in 2012-2014..

He's the best two way player in the game. Not sure I'd put him over LeBron for number 2 but the the fact that he's in the discussion is unreal. And he's 24 and still developing...could win the MVP next year. He needs to take it to the next level and do it in the playoffs to separate himself...

He has led the league in steals...

And to be honest..his offense is so good he doesn't have to play defense.

Leonard is not consistent enough offensively to be no. 2. He can be, but hasn't yet. He even said last night its just one year.. to be a superstar you have to be consistent. He also does show signs of fatigue on defense in a way he didn't in the past now that he's taking more offensive load.

    It's definitely arguable.

Curry is on pace to have the greatest single season PER in league history. He's at 32.8 this season while the best alltime was by Chamberlain at 31.82 in 62-63 (but I suspect it's a little too low since blocks weren't recorded in 1963).

I'd put Kawhi at 3 right now only because the Cavs are a trash team filled with losers without Lebron and a Finals team with him.

I think it goes top 3 of Curry, Lebron and Kawhi.

Then you have Durant, Westbrook and CP3

    and the rest is debatable.

Leonard is top 5. His offense has suprised me this year but he needs to regularly have more offensive games like last night to be a clear 2.

Hes top 10, maybe top 5 because of cir stances

If you replaced him with Paul George or Jimmy Butler, the Spurs wouldnt lose anything in Pops system
