The Vikings selected Troy Williamson with the 7th pick passing up Mike Williams.

Do you think they passed up a future talent?

Watching T-Will's performance yesterday I would say they got a great guy.

3 Rec. for 83 yards, 1 TD. He doesn't even start yet so there is much more to come.

Its hard to tell. Neither players play that much. Only time will tell. But since I'm a homer, Mike Williams owns Troy Williamson.

Sucks for the Lions that Jeff Garcia got messed up and won't be back til another year. They better draft a QB and hope he doesn't suck.

Lions should draft Leinart then it can be Leinart 2 Williams

I wouldn't mind that a bit...however, I would think that Leinart is destined for that #1 spot. I really don't think the Lions will be that awful as to get the first pick in the draft. Top 10 is looking like where they are headed though. Chris Leak?

Screw Jeff Garcia...he's only on contract for this year anyway, I guarantee he probably won't be back.

Drew Stanton seems like a first day draft choice, maybe 2nd-4th rounder. I don't know if I would consider him a savior type guy for a franchise....however that view could change. As of now, he leads the NCAA in passer rating and is the catalyst for the 4th ranked offense in the nation. If he keeps it up, he could be a legit Heisman candidate propelling his draft status. I'd like to see how he fairs down the stretch though, before I start pushing for the Lions to draft him. As of now, if I were to draft one QB, I would have to go with Leinart or Leak.
