In Oakland tonight to take on the 69-9 Warriors, who have surprisingly lost 2 of their last 3, and narrowly escaped defeat against Utah in OT a couple weeks ago. They're playing their worst basketball of the season right now, but they're still the Warriors, and can turn it on in an instant. It is still unknown if everyone will play or if Pop will sit the starters, although reports as of this morning indicate everyone will play. Everyone is expected to be available for the Dubs. Game will be nationally televised on TNT. Not much else needs to be said. No excuses. Let's get it.

Very cool! I am an SA resident of course but awesome hooking up out of towners
I don't care if we lose, but just don't get blown out badly..the Warriors will get up for this one after their dismal play of late putting the record in jeorpardy...need to take their best early punch without rolling over...
Go espuelas.
I don't think Pop's decision to go out and play the Warriors is completely motivated by getting the #1 seed. I don't think Pop risks player health while depending on a depleted Grizzlies team to beat the Warriors.
I think Pop is looking to get a phycological edge by controlling what he can control. If the Spurs not only stop the Warriors from beating the Bulls record but also keep them from equaling it that will be a strong move against a mentally weak team. Not only that, the Spurs would have won the season series 3-1.
In the same breath, this is a high risk high reward move by Pop. Should the Spurs lose either the game on the road or at home, or both, the whole plan backfires in a significant way.
Yeah, that thought practically insulted Spurs' intelligence.
I wanna see Kawhi on Mouth Breather, assuming Parker is going to be on Curry. If Curry and Raymond are going to pick and roll and the Spurs are going to switch, I rather see Kawhi on Curry than LMA and put LMA on Barnes.
Nothing backfires if we lose tonight. I think the point of this is that we are tuning up for the playoffs and need to play against the best to do that.
I checked the schedule. Memphis has even tougher one compared to Dallas. They desperately need that win vs Dubs at home 'cause they definetely lose at Dallas, at LAC and at GSW. I like that combo man!
