It went to 6 games 2 years ago. Hopefully history repeats itself in that regard as well. Gotta win tomorrow.. It needs to rain 3's

Spurs have shown a capacity for far more monumental collapses/chokes that renders this meaningless...IMO
I fully expect us at one point to be the the first team in NBA to blow series 3-0 lead ..You know, it is going to happen to the Spurs..
That record could be broken the next round. Imagine if the Spurs-Warriors are tied at 2-2.
Imao. So ing true.
It'd be cool if we were the ones to break the record NOT have it broken against us.![]()
Spurs couldn't even get any 3 attempts off last night. If okc shuts the perimeter down again, Spurs r screwed.
If we play David West for such many minutes we lose again

All about adjustments. Pop could opt to go small, he could start Diaw to open the floor up now, etc... It was in Game 5 the last series that he went with Bonner to start to open up the floor/paint area. Let's see what he has up his sleeve now.
Just like game 6 with the odds up 5 with 28 seconds left, 99% chance to win but of course its the Spurs. 13 in 35 seconds and .4 only happen to SA. Thank God for 5 to keep us sane.
Yeah Seriously
We need your sig to happen.
Can't really argue with this. For all the success we've had, our history is filled with gut wrenching collapses and fluke that always seems to go against us.
in a tied series, winner of game5 goes on to win the series at 70% rate.
eg, Finals 2005 (but Spurs came home and still couldn't win game6)
Unfortunately Spurs like to rewrite history ...
OKC was 21-17 vs. +.500 teams, this season, along with having a bottom 10 defense vs. those teams, in addition to having a rookie coach..would be one of the most embarrassing losses in franchise history if the Spurs lose this series, tbh..
History has historically been on the Spurs side when they choked.
What worries me a little bit is that westbrook is due for a monster night, lets hope it doesnt happen in game 5![]()
So is Leonard.
History yes.
But what about the refs?
Pop's wineyard mind?
Tim's ankle?
Kawhi's knee?
THE ING REFS?
I'm worried.
I hate the Thunder's version of Sid the Sloth and I can't stand when the Spurs lose to the Thunder - ever. That team sucks balls and is bottled up with all sorts of juvenile drama. Durant acts like an immature child and Westbrick looks like one.
