I find my solace in my hatreds. Would I rather see the Lakers succeed than the Spurs fail? Of course. But, I look in the case and those 16 are enough for an old like me. I never saw ESPN so panic struck as when they realized after Game 5 that their was weak. Mothe ers beggin', cajolin' castigatin' Duncan to get up off the canvas and act like somebody, just one more time.

They was gonna bury Westbrook. They'd a let Durant alone, but, they were gonna crucify Westbrook and take great joy in doing so.

I wouldn't lie if I wasn't pleased with the spurs being denied yet again. Classy ball doesn't always work in today's nba. It was a good run for the original big 3. The spurs will be fine and will compete next year. The Lakers now that Kobe is done, are finally able to work out of the gutter. As a bball fan, I'd still rather have the spurs future. We'll see what happens in the summer.
