I read in this forum, someone downloaded Limewire Pro thru this site. I went to this site, but couldn't find it. Where is it, and how's it working out? Any spyware or adware?

we downloaded it from wickeddownloads.com...... but that was 6 or so months back.
Also - i didn't do it personally, my husband did. When he gets home i'll have him respond.

Thanks! But, I guess I misunderstood the "original post" about downloading music. I thought sites like 9down.com or Wickeddownloads.com, you could download for free! I thought you might've downloaded Limewire Pro for "free" thru 9down.com. Is this what u did?

yes. It was FREE.
once you DL it you have to go find the serial/key/registry info to make it work. Basically you are tricking LimeWire into thinking you paid for it.
try:
http://www.serials.ws/
or just google for serials. it may take some searching, and not everyone you find is legit and works. But it's better then paying.
