Huge huge ego trip, imo. Very detrimental to development and repe ion practice. Leonard, Aldridge, Green all under 32 but its pretty evident they are going to have to play major minutes in the playoffs.

It doesnt make sense to not have them feel comfortable with the extended minutes.

Feels like Basketball is just becoming a schtick with the old guy.
