You give life/nutrients to the worms and microbes that feed on your body. So in that respect, sure.

I believe in an eastern style reincarnation journey. Every chance you ever have to give freely, turn the other cheek, and be kind and selflessly, unconsciously donate yourself in the cause of helping others is tallied and your judgment rendered.

I see myself walking before judges, angelic perhaps, a faceless spirit body. In an untimed meeting these wise ones thoroughly answer any question one has concerning relevant events in the past and why they are considered good or bad. Much of the decision involves your own internal motives for whatever actions you took. If you are a lower creature as the vast majority are, perhaps this is not necessary and you simply rank up by default as any unthinking beasts must be, only dimly aware you live.

Utimately, you are sentenced to either return to earth (or elsewhere life exists) according to your motives and deeds, or finally heaven - an end to your journey, all of which has been recorded along with every other event. Perhaps here is the grand joke - being that no one is perfect enough to enter heaven, it is unattainable, the ultimate irony. Or perhaps, heaven is a seat in the jdge's chair - another grand irony, a heaven where you must sit tirelessly receiving begging sinners til you gladly return to the primordial ooze, your last words a whispered prayer - break the chain, release me...

I imagine the tragedies as both good and bad men see, in their final seconds in in this life, the creature they will be born as, all memories erased til death repeats the process. The evil man, as he is laid in an egg and squirms as a maggot, and the good man, lamenting his mistakes, praying he gains some insight.

Fanciful but as good as any other religious explanation, and without the woefully inaccurate origin story.

Of course Im almost positive we sleel eternally, in all honesty. A concept that always saddened me in some ways, yet not altogether undesirable.

Jimmy Webb's direct repudiation of the death knell...again and again and again...

    I was a highwayman
Along the coach roads I did ride
With sword and pistol by my side
Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade
Many a soldier shed his lifeblood on my blade
The bas s hung me in the spring of twenty-five
    But I am still alive

    I was a sailor
I was born upon the tide
And with the sea I did abide
I sailed a schooner round the Horn to Mexico
I went aloft and furled the mainsail in a blow
And when the yards broke off they said that I got killed
    But I am living still

    I was a dam builder
Across the river deep and wide
Where steel and water did collide
A place called Boulder on the wild Colorado
I slipped and fell into the wet concrete below
They buried me in that great tomb that knows no sound
    But I am still around
I'll always be around and around and around and around and around

    I fly a starship
    Across the Universe divide
And when I reach the other side
I'll find a place to rest my spirit if I can
Perhaps I may become a highwayman again
Or I may simply be a single drop of rain
    But I will remain
And I'll be back again, and again and again and again and again

Lol. You've had enough time and reflection to ponder this bull ; I'm sure you considered the viability of suicide.

And found it unviable, personally. I never want to die, because I know there probably aint waiting for me there.

considering your bully-mentality and hefty drive by projection here though, i bet youve called the suicide hotline a time or two.

There's no true death. There's only a transition.

You ever revisited your high school? If so, did you notice how they went on without you? Didn't even miss a ing beat. That's how the world is. That's because your life never ends and it never began, you always were in some shape or form, and you always will be.

Not to sound idiotic, but either you're alive or you're dead. If you die, you're not alive anymore. Any belief beyond that is wishful thinking. I'd love for there to be an afterlife but there's nothing to even remotely suggest it.

: (Here are some prophecies that the Bible said would come to pass before the End Times) (1.) The future will be like in the days of Sodom. (Luke 17:28–30) This is exactly what we see happening today with gay marriage laws and strong public support for the sexual lifestyle. Don’t support sin whether it’s fornication or sodomy. Sin leads souls to . Warn the people so they will repent and be saved. (2) People will deny that GOD created the universe and that He judged them through Noah’s flood. (2 Peter 3:3, 5, 6) This is exactly what we see happening. Atheists are now claiming that the universe created itself out of nothing. (3) The message of the Gospel will reach all the nations. (Matthew 24:14) Remember that Christianity started out with only a few dozen followers. The Bible prophesying that its message will reach the world is proof of its divine inspiration. (4) Christians will be hated and killed just because of their faith. (Matthew 24:9) This is exactly what we see happening today. Christians in the Middle East are being beheaded just because they believe in Jesus. (5) Jews will return to Israel, their homeland. (Ezekiel 34:13) (6) Israel will be a nation for the 3rd time. (Amos 9:14-15) (7) The future will become frightening. (Luke 21:26) (8) Blasphemy will be commonplace. (2 Timothy 3:1, 2) Nowadays many people use God’s name as a curse word. (9) There will be money hungry preachers that deceive Christians and lead them away from the truth. (2 Peter 2:1-3) (10) Scoffers will mock the Second Coming by claiming these signs have always been around. (2 Peter 3:3, 4) WE KNOW THAT THE BIBLE IS INSPIRED BY GOD BECAUSE IT HAS CORRECTLY PREDICTED THE FUTURE OVER AND OVER AGAIN (Speaking of end times, God gave me visions about the rapture, the antichrist, and tribulations. God showed me Obama is the future antichrist. He will be revealed after the rapture of the bride of Christ. And the rapture of the bride of Christ will be covered up by an alien abduction theory. The world’s governments will say that aliens came and took the Christians and the children, etc. Be not deceived, even if they show you UFOs, don’t believe them. Those UFOs are all made here on earth

There is life after death..... Jesus died on the cross and rose on the 3rd day....Jesus is alive.....We to can live forever if you believe in Christ Jesus....repent and forgive for your sins.....turn away from your wicked ways........

Know that you must confess and believe Jesus to receive salvation."If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved...
