I honestly didn't see anything wrong with what he did. When the be@ner realized that cop wasn't playing he changed his tune real quick--and kudos to the cop for not cheapshotting him either. He exposed him as a chicken then just re-cuffed him and put him in the backseat unharmed.

The guy was in a tough position. Fight and somehow beat the cop, he still gets arrested and charged for assaulting an officer, or he gets shot by the cops buddy. He runs away like the cop tells him to, he gets chased and charged with evading arrest. Cops picking on weak fat uneducated wanna be thugs. They will never pick on true thugs like zetas or jacked up bloods. Why was he arrested anyways?

the guy in the backseat was already on his way to jail, why risk your career just because you can't handle some talking?

*sigh* and the suspect is smart for not falling for the cops trap. he takes the cuffs off and lets say they do fight. what happens if the cops starts getting his ass whooped? yup, he pulls out his gun and kills the guy and gets away with it. or lets say the guy takes off and runs, the cop will call for back up and him and his buddies track the guy down, beat him into a coma and charge him with resisting arrest/evading arrest/assault on a police officer and who knows what else they might of charged him with
