Still puts up monster numbers even with five guys keying on him.
No one really comes close. He affects EVERY facet of the game and doesn't just stand around 30 feet out and chuck 3s. He's nearly averaging a trip-dub for the series on well over 50% shooting while also scoring 31ppg
And he really only has one legitimate running mate in Kyrie.Kevin Love.
Kang![]()
Still puts up monster numbers even with five guys keying on him.
Peak-wise, yes..he was probably 5th or 6th during the RS, though, tbh..
His performance in the playoffs has been unreal considering the mileage on his body..he has more mileage during 1 stretch than anybody in league history..
he really does embody everything in the concept of "MVP"..
Curry getting a unanimous award of that kind is quite a lame joke..Cavs seriously don't make the playoffs in the East without Lebron..
If there's a flying spaghetti monster up there. Lebron should win these finals and Messi CA, tbh.
Tristan Thompson is completely owning the paint on the boards and his defense has been spectacular. He's doing exactly what Rodman did for CHI. He's got two legit running mates out there.
It's sad that this has to be pointed out to people over and over again, because fans these days are re s who just want to see iso-hero chucking from DK wannabes.
Today's NBA fans
Thompson is legit vs. GS, tbh..he owns the Warriors and Hawks, sucks against everybody else![]()
If it hadn't been for Amy Duncan he'd only have the 1.
LeBron is already FMVP, no matter what happens in Game 7.
Chef is playing at about 60% at best.
Oh, and as long as Jim didn't rang![]()
Smart. He was doing the Duncan-thing of coasting during the regular season and turning it on during the playoffs, which is the real season obviously.
It's even more amazing when you consider his supporting cast. Kyrie is nice, but he has career losers like Tristan Thompson, JR Smith, ING Jefferson, Iman Shumpert, and Mo Williams (again) one game away from the NBA le. And
Love. Meanwhile, almost all of Golden State's key rotation players are at their basketball peak.
We know he's the best.
But he has the tools to be much better sometimes. The press ripping him after Game4 helped click his brain into the right mode. BUT it would be nice if he could do that himself.
Also true. If they lose, he should be the first player since Jerry West to win FMVP on the losing team.
Everyone owns the boards against Golden State, though.
You got a double monitor or something? Responding to your own thread.![]()
For those of you who don't know, midnightpulp is also Clipper Nation!![]()
Like he was like last year, to be frank.
Almost averaged a triple double with a depleted Cavalier team.
Only pussies and assholes blame injuries. Steph is healthy enough to play, therefore he is healthy.
These last 2 games are the best I have ever seen Lebron play , he just went ape . His defense is always good but , it's pretty easy to be good if your 6"8 - 260 and athletic AF
The most impressive part of his performance has been his defense, doesn't even make sense at his age with his mileage to be playing 2-way basketball at that level, tbh..
Everyone who knows ball knows Bron "coasts" to the number 1 seed in the regular season. When the real game is played, he's so far ahead of Curry still.
Curry was MVP last year. He was healthy last year. He still was no where close to the level Bron has ever been in the playoffs .
I mean, Lebron has a team with Richard Jefferson playing 30 min per game one game away from beating the "greatest team of all-time."
Richard Jefferson was a guaranteed run for the other team on every other team he's ever been on![]()
Eh,, yes when he tries,, when the ac is properly running, when kawhi isn't playing him, when delonte isn't with his mom, when the league isn't hgh testing
