Yeah, a lot of people are thinking those 8 BOS picks are the key to this draft.
I mean they can't keep 8 players. Do they "draft and stash overseas" or do they trade a lot of those picks for veteran players right now. Should be interesting.
Didn't see a thread made for the draft on Thursday yet. Pretty pumped to see some of the moves. Who do you guys think will make the biggest moves? Could be a flurry of trades going around. Just saw Celtics have 8 picksI think the Celtics are going to assemble a pretty solid team this offseason and compete for the #2/3 in the east next year. Twolves could be pretty interesting too.

Gracias, Mamba Blanco.
De nada amigo, lets hope we dont it up.
Okafor for #3, Philly drafts Jamal Murray. Bender at 4 to Phoenix.
Would be pissed if draft Buddy at 2...
Pretty hard to up when we've ed up for the past few years. But as a Laker fan, I feel optimistic they'll do something righ. Nontheless, I'll be at Staples next season hoping for something better.
I wouldn't mind him just not at #2 tbh...
Seriously, I went to 1 game this year to rock my kobe jersey one last time, and that was it. I wouldn't pay another dollar to see any games last year, but this year, im thinking i might buy some tix before the season and see what Coach Luke has got up his sleeve.
MY lady friend gets tickets from her work, so that's why I went to more games. I was there when we beat the 73-9s and some other games. I'll go because I have fun. I like watching my team and it keeps the memory of my pops who loved going to the Great Western Forum in the 80s and 90s. Hope springs eternal.
You gotta admit, that was funny![]()
lmfao that was hilarious
Watching the nba tv draft special, Jaylen Brown looks pretty legit.
If the Grizz take a PG with their 1st, it means Conley is gone.
It seems like Ainge wants a wing player...
The Boston Celtics have been pursuing a number of established veterans, building a trade package around the third overall pick in Thursday's draft.
The Celtics have been working to put together a package for either Jimmy Butler, Gordon Hayward, Jabari Parker or Khris Middleton.
Boston, so far, has been unable to make any progress with the Bulls, Jazz or Bucks, respectively.
The Celtics acquired the third overall pick from their 2013 trade with the Brooklyn Nets, giving them the rare opportunity to be a playoff team with such a high draft pick.

Maybe they could use a french pointguard?
The Los Angeles Lakers plan on selecting Brandon Ingram with the second overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, barring a last minute blockbuster trade.
The Lakers spent three hours huddled with new head coach Luke Walton on Tuesday night before signaling to multiple league sources that Ingram would be their choice if Ben Simmons goes first to the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Lakers believe that Ingram is a great fit for the organization and a potential All-Star player down the road. His shooting and ability to defend multiple positions on the floor fit a huge need for them.
We have a gaping hole at SF, lack 3 point shooters and need willing defenders.
Ingram always was the better choice for us ... and he may end up being the better player.
I just wanted the greater natural talent.
Some people are already throwing the Ingram-Kawhi comparisons, perhaps because of his length and his penchant for defense.
Still, Simmons IMO is going to be a beast. I was hoping we'll get #1 this year. I'm not as pissed as last year though when I knew we were going to missed out on Towns

Man, what a difference ping pong balls can make. KAT would have changed the landscape for the Lakers so much.
Yep. Still like russ but only one true star ...
Boston will trade some of picks for a higher one, probably a top 5 pick. It makes no sense to assemble a team with rookies making up half of the team imho. Just keep two or three top talents and the team will be superstacked in a few years.
