It is a bummer. Its just sports but the man did it just right from beginning to end and its obvious that he'll be missed.
Why did this have to happen.
WHY!?!?!
The guy retired, but I feel like he died.

Similar feeling here - cried while reading Pop's press conference.
I haven't been this devastated since the liberty traded Becky.
I am just celebrating his great career right now. Been watching old finals games and reliving the memories.
I'm just grateful to have been able to watch Tim play for the past 19 years. It definitely won't be the same watching the Spurs next season without him on the court.
It was inevitable, and Tim chose the perfect time/way to do it; in his fashion.
As someone said earlier, he's still younger and richer than most - he'll be fine.
...plus his gf is hot.
Couldn't he have just had knee transplants and played another 10 years lol I woulda traded both my knees for his gimpy ones!
I think he's going to be missed because he meant a lot to a lot of people outside of the Spurs. He brought a lot of joy and happiness to people's lives. For me he was very inspirational.
tim was my role model. i def cried like someone i knew died. maybe cause deep down i know how private he is and he wont be like drob or ice hanging around etc
honestly im just sad a part of my life is over that has brought so much happiness
Me too guys.
