Lost torrent

Where is the best place for me to download a torrent file of the 2nd Lost episode (this season)? I googled, and there are tons of places, but I wasn't sure if one was better, faster, less virus-carrying likely. Also...how would one go about doing this? Please keep in mind, I am a computer idiot.

I think that should've come with a spoiler alert for those who haven't seen it yet.

Here's what I think (in white--highlight to read):

I happened to notice when the shark swam by the raft, on its belly it had a brand or something that matched the patch Desmond wears (and the logo that's on their equipment). I think Desmond and his group, whatever they were, were doing some sort of dangerous genetic experimentation and the timer counts down a self-destruct mode every 108 minutes so that if something goes really terribly wrong and noone is able to reset the timer, kablooey. Actually, that was my husband's theory, but it made sense. I love this show!!

Damn. A genetically mutated shark created by the island people, and the bunker self destruct has to keep being reset so that it doesn't blow, because if the shark eats everyone, it will blow up. Sweet

Or if you're a cheap m'erf'er like myself and you got the disk space, download all of them. They're very easy to get via torrent.

Thanks for putting the spoilers in white guys, I really appreciate it! One of the things I've seen that would have pissed me off beyond belief had I not already read it, was a le of a thread on a message board. Someone put the climax of the last Harry Potter book. Some people need lives.

Anyway, something is definitely up with that kid. Remember (last season) what his adoptive dad was saying about him, and that freaky bird incident? I really like the actor and can't wait for them to expand this storyline!
