The official roster lists him at 6'10".
Does anybody have any reliable info on how tall Fabricio Oberto really is? I've seen everything from 6'9" to 6'11" (206 to 211 cm).
The official roster lists him at 6'10".
Everything I've seen over the past 3-4 years on Oberto has been 208 or 207 cm...usually 208 cm. 208 cm equates to 81.89 inches (82 inches is 6'10").
six ten my ass...look at that picture of him next to manu
3 or 4 inches taller than Manu is all he needs to be to be 6'9" or 6'10".
That pic looks like a good 4 inches to me.
I'm sure Oberto is 6'9" or 6'10"
I think people blow inches out of proportion - an inch or two really doesn't make much difference. You can play taller than you are.

Oh, come on. You know you're all thinking the same thing!
Carie
I really doubt he'll be a center when he's on the floor.
His height is listed as:
208 cms. in the Spanish League website
207 cms. in his former team site
208 cms. in FIBA's website
207 cms. in 24sec.net (European basketball site)
208 cms. in the Argentinian Basketball Confederation
207 cms. in usbasket.com
208 cms. in interbasket.net
208 cms. in nba.com
205 cms. () in euroleague.net
208 cms. in the Athens Olympic Games site
So, assuming his height is 208 cms., that would be 6'10''.
Oh, and the metric system rules!
Man im 6 inches bigger then himooh yeh
Go Standards!!!
Down with the british systems!!![]()
Damn pinko Commie units.![]()
Oberto is a TRULY 6 feet 10 inches tall man. Look at him standing next to Tim and you'll realise it.
Tim is really 6-9 1/2
Then Horry is 6-8, Bowen 6-5, and TP 5-11... gee...
Put them both next to Rasho and you'll realize he's not.
Rasho is a true 7 feet.
Sean Marks is next- listed at 7' but shorter than Rasho- more like 6'11".
Tim is next listed now at 6'11" but shorter than Sean.
I think Rasho is actually taller than 7 feet, so that blows your whole theoryRasho is a true 7 feet.
Sean Marks is next- listed at 7' but shorter than Rasho- more like 6'11".
Tim is next listed now at 6'11" but shorter than Sean.![]()
I always thought he was 2.14 m which is 7' 1/4", but the NBA pages say he is 2.13 m which is actually less than 7'. Either way Oberto is not 6'10".

Spurs.com now has all of these guys listed at 6'10". Sean, Fabricio, Horry, and Nazr. They are not all the same height! Last summer Sean grew 1" and this summer he shrunk 2".
It's not their height so much as their weight gain?

If Timmy is not 7 foot then Amare is not 6'10, when they were standing next to eachother during the WCF Timmy is easy a good 2 inches taller than him.
