Interesting question. I don't think mostly of policy changes. Ever since Timvp left this place has gone down and stayed there, so I think it's more about the quality of the postings. 99% of posts here or in any sports forum are going to be juvenile taunts, but if there is at least one good analyst/writer seeding the forum with good ideas, it can spark some good discussion. Sadly, that hasn't been the case here for years.
