I was at a friend's house years ago and he had this Tick toy that he got from Burger King (I think). It was the Tick posed as if he was falling from the sky. His chin was weighted so it would balance on the tip of anything. He ended up giving it to me because I was in awe of it. Still have it somewhere.

But the bad guy was "Dr. Was" or something like that. And there were these other creatures called, "the were" or something. Both of those are wrong. It also involved some kind of delusions or reality switches where he was in the jungle or something.

It was cool. After looking it, I remember it wasn't a full show but on Liquid Television.
