You lost 30 lbs in a month? Oooooooook![]()
So up until a month ago, I started developing the "dad bod"..beer bellies etc. I think those are ing disgusting. Four weeks ago, I didnt realize I balloned to 187lbs and that's a lot considering I'm only 174cm.
So the sudden rush of motivation got me through the first month of 1800 daily calorie diet and 30 minute intense cardio everyday..with weighlifiting three times a week.
I'm back to 156 lbs..With a flat stomach..But god damn..I swear a few years back, havung the same diet maintained my 155-160 lbs weight. Diet is ing torture. Can't have seconds now or else Ill get a belly.
Anyone else struggle with diet?
Thought you were a ing vegan? And did crossfit? And ran around outside with the other pedos trolling the pokestops? Weight loss shouldn't be an issue.

1800 calories a day and 45 minute sprinting interval everyday. Not the healthiest diet. But im done.....

Run, or walk (speed walk) and knock off all liquids but bottled water. Never ever eat after 6pm and you can pretty much eat what ya want. Going from 6pm to 7ish with no calorie intact is the key.
RUN, SPEED WALK....a must. Weight training has nothing to do with losing weight.
Something makes me doubt that Avante is an authority on dieting...
I;m not because I know what it takes to maintain my perfect weight. It really is simply burning off more calories than ya consume. Just that simple.

I suggest that you cut back on the carbs and replace with healthy fats - I experience more energy, less sluggishness, feel more even-keel/body runs more efficiently.
