U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen on Wednesday stayed his order to sanction Justice Department attorneys he said misled him and mulled the possibility of putting government attorneys in charge of the personal information of around 50,000 immigrants who received extended deportation reprieves under President Barack Obama’s immigration plan.
