Clearly, he'd prefer that "violent Islamic extremists" from the Middle East and North Africa continue to be defined as white for census purposes.
And he's probably peeved that counting the class would mean better tracking of civil rights violations and harassment against swarthy, su ious foreigners by law enforcement and brave patriots like him who know who the enemy is -- Islam and believers per se.
