Sometimes you guys miss the point completely.
I saw a report by Don Harris where he had a weight chart. He said that the weigh players before practice and afterwards. It showed that Duncan lost something like six pounds that day.
I saw that too. Pretty incredible.
It's water weight, which isn't very healthy when lost at great amounts. Which is why you'll see players drinking a lot of water after practice or games. Some NFL players lose up to 20 pounds in just water during games. But afterwards they gain it all back.
Thats crazy.

I rather thought that the fact that it was water weight would have been obvious. The only other way to lose that weight would have been through surgery. Well, okay, so that may not be the only way, but it is the only logical way to lose that much weight so quickly ;-)
