They're coming for you, Darrin.
Their enemy?
Apparently white people.-- particularly, the white straight male.
They're coming for you, Darrin.
lol he said straight
I guess segregated spaces of color is the new diversity.
self-segregation is normal. whites with whites, blacks with blacks, Latinos with Latinos, East Asians with East Asians, South Asians with South Asians.
charter schools, public and private, drive segregation and that's not self-segregation.
These stunts get more attention on right wing news than they do at the actual schools.
Student reaction: "Ugh, these ers are annoying."
Media reaction: "THIS IS WHAT OUR COLLEGES HAVE BECOME, WE ARE ALL IN DANGER OF REVERSE RACISM."
Funny that boutons is the only one to remotely discuss the video rather than deflect
We can add you to that. I don't watch youtubes for my political takes personally. We cannot trust you much less Darrin to give an accurate report. Given the reality, talking about nonsense is very sensible.
Ok Fuzz, I watched the video. You take a look and let's have a conversation about it, ok?
You want a detailed critical examination of a protest by 100 or so students on a campus of 36,000 students that has some kind of fringe protest every week?
Okay, here you go. These people are being idiots.
College students do stupid things. They have bull protests. They do any number of idiotic stunts to join a fraternity. They sexually assault. We don't have a new thread every time the latter two happen, but for some reason the usual suspects like the OP are really quick to share when the first thing happens because obviously it proves that straight whites are being threatened.
Who mentioned detailed critical examination? And I could be wrong, but I don't see this as a breaking story on headline news either, do you?
Reading is a struggle for you apparently, Crayola.
Cool, so you're too scared of the offer. No worries.
Yeah scared
It's pretty sad that you have not come up with a better strategy than that. You've been supposedly trained in such things but you are as compelling as a dirty toilet.
It's cool bro. You're scared. HMU later if you wanna chat about it ...
Is it a thing with board conservatives that they cannot do better than sop ric machismo? It's all you mouthbreathers seem to ever have.
If you want to get your takes and get outraged over youtubes then you have right at it, Crayola.
In fairness, it did appear that they made the Asian-Americans walk around, too. Aren't Asians "people of color"?
Asians aren't shown on Berkeley's Diversity Dashboard
Isn't UC Berkeley literally the safest space in the world for, say, a black tranny?
This is really bothering you.
Yes, it does bother me that a small group of illiberal activists have so much influence. At least some universities have taken a hard line against this , e.g. University of Chicago.
Good discussion of this issue in this video
At some point you are going to realize that people are not going to watch your youtubes. I get that you suck at articulation but if you want to make a point I would suggest trying.
I just wanted to have a convo man. You're a coward, I get it.
lol board conservatives. You making a list and checking it twice?
Then you are as dumb as I think you are. After all your attempt at 'convo' was in response to me saying I wasn't going to watch the youtube.
and conservative is as conservative does.
I don't care if you watch the video. By the way, you responded to my two sentences with two two sentences of your own. I guess I could write a transcript of a YouTube video, but that seems like a waste of time to me. What's the difference between copying/pasting one of your "accredited articles" (llol, btw) and posting a video?
Whether you care or not is besides the point of whether or not anyone is going to watch it. I didn't need more than two sentences to articulate my point. Brevity and articulation are hardly mutually exclusive, dim.
Of course you would see that as a waste of time.
The difference is that my sources are AP or peer reviewed. Reading demands a certain level of critical thinking in and of itself as opposed to the visual medium where mental activity decreases. Writing involves that moreso than reading.
